A work of remembrance commissioned by Projectbureau Zaanstreek for “Allerzielen Alom”, a project of Dutch artist Ida van der Lee (2007 and 2008). A place to commemorate the deceased during All Souls (November 2nd). Different graveyards were open at night and many people came to commemorate their dead relatives and friends with music, light, art, food and drink. |
